Nobutoshi Canna, perhaps more commonly known as Nobutoshi Hayashi (he got his name changed in January, 2000), is the man that brings Tasuki to life. Tasuki's english voice actor, James Penrod, has done a number of well known roles including Dark Schneider (Bastard!!), Ohtaki (Ah! Megami-sama Movie), Morgan (Cowboy Bebop) and Andy (Cowboy Bebop). Unfortunately, I don't know much about this actor other than his other roles but I do know that he is fairly talented. I think he captures Tasuki's boisterous personality pretty well, even if Pioneer cut out a lot of swearing.
